Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories intact.

Products that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, stains, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup service where available or provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

If you would like a different size or a replacement for the same product, you may request an exchange within the eligible period.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the returned item passes quality inspection.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit, an alternate product, or a refund as per our policy.

After the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, wallet, or store credit after the required account details are provided.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing components, or different from what was ordered, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, you may be asked to share photographs or an unboxing video clearly showing the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Certain categories may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or promotional restrictions.

Products marked as non-returnable on the website, gift cards, personalized products, and items purchased during special clearance campaigns may not qualify for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers may instead initiate a return request after receiving the order, subject to policy eligibility.

Shark Plus reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, payment concerns, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any applicable payment received will be refunded.

All returned products undergo a quality inspection after reaching our facility.

Approval of a refund or exchange depends on the product meeting the return conditions stated in this policy.

If a returned product fails inspection, the return request may be declined, and the item may be shipped back to the customer.
